Next Week back to Canajoharie!
Mike Burline is the great-grandson of Eugeno Burlino, who sold his pizzas for 5 cents back in 1914. Today, O'Scugnizzo's has expanded from it's current Bleecker location to Washington Mills and Clinton and you can have their famous pizza shipped anywhere in the US!
Feature Artist, Denise Allen
As a child in Brooklyn, Denise
Allen dreamed of living on a rural
farm. Her dream came true when
she moved to Palatine Bridge. Her
artwork depicts black people
dressed in 19th century working on the farm. Her work is on display at her General Store & Folk Art Gallery in Palatine Bridge. Open 11-3 Tues-Thurs, Sundays by Appt.
Canajoharie is Mohawk for "The pot that washes itself," Richard visits this unique natural wonder in the Canajoharie Creek.
Wintergreen Park is a beautiful place for picnics and scenic views.
We enjoy the Village Restaurant's "Garbage Omlette." Richard HAD to press the old-fashioned waitress call button and wound up having to wash dishes!
One of the last "Dummy" lights still in use.
