It seems only natural to have a soap box race in a village with a 150-year-old felt mill and old-fashioned hardware store still in operation. Don't miss the annual race, Saturday August 26 in Oriskany. You will most likely find the race results in "The O," Oriskany's monthly newsletter published at Fays Two.
Dave Fay keeps himself busy in his retirement keeping the locals (both near and far) up-to-date on their favorite hometown. Every morning the Boys from Oriskany meet for coffee at Fays Two, Dave's print shop. The building was originally the town's soda shop.
Fays Two is located in the
town's original soda shop. Dave has all kinds of Oriskany memorabilia in his print shop.
We met Andy Trinkaus over morning coffee at Fays Two. He shared memories of Trinkaus Manor with us.
