Baker's Barn on Rt 28 which was recently restored, is one of the last standing octogonal barns. It has three entrances on three different levels and the silo is located inside. There are guided tours of this barn, call the Richfield Springs Historical Association at (315) 858-0027

Thomas Proctor, a Vermont native and Utica philanthropist, owned the Spring Park Hotel in Richfield Springs. It burned in the late 1800s. A clock Proctor gave to the village stands there now. Proctor had great affection for Richfield Springs.
