Road trip to Canajoharie
The Beechnut Sample Girls traveled with the Beechnut Circus and handed out samples of gum, cough drops and candy. The tradition of the Beechnut Sample Girls lives on with Penelope and Sarah. They appear in parades wearing the original Beechnut dresses.
You can enjoy world-class music at Music on Main Street in Canajoharie. Every Tuesday at 7pm there is free music on the Village Lawn. This Tues is The Chicken Slacks Soul Revue.
The Arkell family has left its mark throughout Canajoharie's Past and Future. We toured Arkell Hall, a home for seniors donated by the Arkell family. When you enter the front door you are greeted by the warm face of Mrs. Barbour and there is a portrait of Senator James Arkell as Santa Claus over the stone fireplace.
Jocelyn Huller and Kari Crimmins share the role of "Joy" in the musical, Urinetown.

Ice Delivery Man
Today, most people think of home deliver of pizza and newspapers, but back in the early 20th century, many home staples were delivered door-to-door. Malio Cardarelli remembers his family's ice delivery. He shows us an original ice order card.
