It may be cold and snowy, but fish never sleep. The Rome Fish Hatchery is open 365 days a year and is a great family day-trip. It is located just north of the city of Rome.

This week, we found many things to do indoors with your family in Rome at little or no cost. The Rome Fish Hatchery is especially interesting for kids around 6-10 years old. They can see almost every stage of the life of a trout. Also, the Library has a children's room and is a great space to bring kids into on a cold day.
Thanks for watching, Sharry and Lance Whitney
