Breakfast with Malio
WhenMalio saw the movie, Moon-struck,
he was fascinated by the breakfast prepared by Olympia Dukakis's character.. He found out many of his East Utica neighbors enjoyed that breakfast regularly. Take some fresh Italian bread, butter both sides, cut a large circle out of the middle, brown one side in a skillet, flip over, and then break an egg in the middle and cook until egg is done to your liking. Serve with the middle section of bread (grilled), top with peppers and sausage or bacon.

Chapel House at Colgate
Chapel House is a spiritual retreat unlike any other in the world. It provides a meditative environment for the study of religious books, art, and music. There is a library of several thousand volumes; works of religious art by Hindu, Buddhist, Muslim, Confucian, Jewish, and Christian artists; a collection of recorded religious music; a chapel; seven rooms for guests; and a dining room where meals are served to resident guests.
