We visited another farm this week. It feels good to know the Mohawk Valley is still being farmed by those who love the land. As a garlic lover, I was amazed at how labor-intensive the planting process is. If you like garlic and cheese, Palatine Valley Cheese has cheese curd with garlic! Be sure to bring the family to see the cheese-making process on Monday afternoons.
Thanks for traveling with us, Sharry & Lance

Photographing birds at your winter feeder
Tricks of the trade: Attach twigs or tree boughs to your feeder for a natural looking photograph. Place your old christmas tree or a weathered fence post near your feeder to capture an interesting shot when they perch on their way to feed
