Holly Woodworking
Will Hollister grew up visiting his uncle's shop. He visited for the same reason thousands of people have been visiting each year since 1957, to pick out a matchbox car or some new moccasins.  He and his wife, Andrea, are carrying on the family tradition. Will enjoys woodworking with guidance from Little Tree, one of the helpful elves.
FT Proctor Park
Spend some time with Mom this week, visit one of the many beautiful parks in the area. F.T. Proctor Park, named for Frederick T. Proctor, this large city park of 500 acres was donated to the city of Utica by the Proctor family in 1923. The famous landscape architect, Frederick Law Olmstead, who designed Central Park in New York City, was instrumental in designing this park.  A beautiful new children's play area right next to Culver Avenue is one of the results of a recent facelift.

We have taken today off, but you may view online videos of today's show by going to our video page (and select the "Older Videos" link).
Richard mentioned today that we are currently looking for home gardens; herbs, flowers, etc. for possible highlights in our show as well as Farms in the Mohawk Valley; traditional or organic, old or new. You may email us with any details.

Have a Great Weekend!
