Nina Ventura and her brother, RJ, are the 3rd generation at Ventura's Restaurant.
Their grandparents opened it in 1943. It is located at 787 Lansing in Utica.

Road Trip on the Southen Adirondack Trail
We visit Bonnie Folnsbee and Bradley, a Bard owl at ADK Foothills Wildlife Care in Poland
Bonnie and Bradley travel around to schools and other group educating people about wildlife rehabilitation. If you find an in injured animal you can call 911 in an emergency or contact Bonnie at (315) 826-5106.
We stop at Sweetie Pies in Poland for coffee before we head out fishing. The owner, Krista, will pack you a lunch to take on your fishing trip.
Paul Longeretta teaches us the basics of Flyfishing in the West Canada. He encourages you to join local groups that work to preserve this valuable resource, like the
